NOMAD designed this distinctive farmhouse by reinterpreting Emirati heritage through a modern, understated lens. Our scope covered the full interior and exterior design, blending cultural motifs with contemporary comfort across living and social areas. Traditional patterns were reimagined in clean forms, featured in custom screens and a warm material palette. Outdoors, we shaped a cohesive environment including the pool, shaded seating, and landscaped pockets. The result is a harmonious retreat where heritage and modernity coexist, offering a timeless and inviting atmosphere for everyday living.
