NOMAD managed the ground-up construction of the AAK Majlis Extension, delivering the full architectural shell, interior fit-out, and complete FF&E. The design achieves a sophisticated balance, pairing a clean, minimalist exterior with a refined French country-style interior. Large foldable sliding doors seamlessly merge the living spaces with custom-landscaped outdoor zones, creating a unified indoor-outdoor experience. From the structural execution to the bespoke furniture and artisanal finishes, NOMAD crafted every detail to ensure a warm, cohesive, and inviting retreat.
