NOMAD was entrusted with the complete design and fit-out of this contemporary villa, delivering a bespoke experience from shell-and-core to final execution. The design blends modern luxury with regional influences, featuring fluid architectural lines, custom furniture, and intricate feature elements. From illuminated carved ceiling motifs to a marble staircase with tailored metalwork, every space reflects superior craftsmanship. We executed all interior works—including flooring, lighting, and specialized joinery—alongside a full FF&E package. This project showcases our ability to transform raw structures into harmonious living environments defined by artisanal finishes and timeless identity.
