NOMAD executed the full exterior development for the RAA Contemporary Villa, delivering a refined façade of natural stone and a matching boundary wall. Our scope encompassed the complete landscape, including pathways, greenery, and integrated softscape elements. We also designed and built the outdoor living features—a custom swimming pool, pergolas, and elegant seating areas—to create a seamless, resort-like environment. Meticulously executed to reflect a modern aesthetic, the result is a cohesive outdoor experience that balances clean architectural lines with functional luxury.
